We simplify the complex process of sourcing and vetting the top-notch e-commerce talent. Instead of adding a 50-100% markup on freelancer rates like other platforms do, we charge a small, flat membership fee.
This allows you to hire as many freelancers as you'd like, without any additional markup. Check out our calculator to see how much you can save using The Starters.
Zero. The rates listed are direct freelancer rates. What you pay is exactly what goes in their pockets.
Zero. If you find someone you like from The Starters, we won’t charge you anything to hire them full-time. Even if that means they can’t freelance with us anymore. However, full-time hiring is reserved for members on our annual plan.
In addition to being able to hire part time and full-time totally commission / fee-free, our members get access to free consulting calls with 250+ of our Starters who have opted in.
With a Starters membership, you’ll have immediate access to top minds across e-commerce with absolutely no cost to you.
You'll start a project with them via the platform and get a contract in place. You have the option of using our standard contract or your own. Once you kick off with them, they'll invoice you directly from their Starter's dashboard. You'll be able to pay via ACH or card (may incur a fee).
