Natura & Co is a Brazilian global personal care cosmetics group headquartered in São Paulo. The Natura & Co Group currently includes Aesop, Natura, The Body Shop and Avon Products. Shane worked specifically with the Natura US brand team. Shane initially conducted an audit of their entire customer retention and lifecycle marketing funnel primarily in Klaviyo and produced a report of the findings, opportunities and recommended new initiatives. Shane then worked with Natura’s head of marketing and the Natura team on the implementation phase of the project in Klaviyo. Shane's role was creating and managing their google ads campaigns with the goal of increasing trial sign ups and demos booked.

Knack Inc is a DTC brand creating expandable backpacks which allows you to live a one bag life. Shane initially worked with the brand to help investigate and fix a gmail spam issue. Shane developed and implemented a segmentation and sending strategy which greatly improved gmail deliverability. Shane also conducted an extensive audit of the customer retention program in Klaviyo and identified a number of best practices and opportunities for further growth. Shane worked with the Knack team to strategize and implement all initiatives which had a significant impact on results. Shane also conducted a comprehensive Google Ads audit and identified a number of recommendations & optimizations particularly around conversion tracking, ads & assets and optimizing pMax assets groups.
