Lauren
Lauren Fagan is a freelance growth marketer with deep specialization in paid social. After working with companies like Prose and Care/Of while at the media agency Bamboo, Lauren pivoted to working client-side in 2019.
Lauren worked at Rothy's for two years, helping bring their paid acquisition program in house and developing a streamlined and efficient creative planning process which she still uses as a blueprint for her clients today. She also developed a bottoms-up forecasting process and established a go-to-market paid media strategy to maximize learnings during launch for their first category expansion: bags. Then at Billie, Lauren worked directly with the founders to report on paid acquisition performance while partnering closely with the measurement team to run experiments.
Lauren then decided to make the jump into entrepreneurship and prioritizes working with women-lead teams in the fashion and beauty space. Her longest-standing client was Honeylove, where she acted as a fractional growth lead helping with attribution, paid media strategy and execution, creative strategy, measurement stack implementation, and forecasting. She is currently working on building a course that outsources Meta onboarding and education for busy managers.
